I offer select in-person sessions at Seedlings Co-op during the Pocketbook Market in Hudson, NY on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. This is a beautiful place to meet, surrounded by the co-op’s apothecary and refillery, and by herbal medicine made with care by local hands. Sessions are held in limited 45-minute windows and are offered sparingly, so the time we share can be slow, grounded, and attentive.
Please come as you are, wearing comfortable clothing and arriving with space to settle. Sessions may include sound, meditation, and conversation; you’re welcome to bring a journal or water if that feels supportive.
