Dream School

Dream School is a reflective learning space for imagination, rest, and reorientation.

Through guided prompts, gentle structure, and collective inquiry, Dream School invites participants to listen to what’s emerging beneath productivity and expectation. This is a space to slow down, think creatively, and reconnect with desire, curiosity, and possibility, without pressure to perform or produce.

Dream School is about learning how to listen again.

Mugwort & Motherwort on Saturday July 11th from 3pm - 5pm
Borage & Mint on Saturday July 25th from 3pm - 5pm
Rue & Yarrow on Saturday August 8th from 3pm - 5pm
Anise Hyssop & Golden Rod on Saturday August 29th from 3pm - 5pm
Tulsi & Skullcap on Saturday September 12th from 3pm - 5pm

Each event begins with an information share, then an exploration in the Garden. Afterwards participants can choose to engage with the plants at stations for natural dying, oxymel making, and body oil crafting to emotionally and energetically cultivate your own care!

This is a free event with a suggested donation starting at $10.

You MUST complete the form below, including reading over the Community Agreements and Liability Form to ensure materials set aside for you. We will send you a confirmation email with the exact address!


We'll have supplies available and recommend bringing your own bottles or jars if you have them!

*we also are a glass bottle drop off center for recycling tincture bottles. We ask you only bring bottles that can be sterilized and re-used in my Mindful with jei free tincture or the Hudson Free Apothecary distribution!

Sunday Sits with jei

Sunday Sits with jei is a monthly virtual mindfulness gathering rooted in slowness and presence.

Each sit offers guided meditation and reflection to support grounding rest. This is a low-pressure space to arrive as you are, practice together, and gently reset before the week ahead.

No fixing. No striving. Just sitting - together.

Tending Space Healing Collective

is a small, care centered community of mindfulness and healing practitioners practicing together without urgency or extraction.

Rooted in trauma-aware, consent-based mindfulness, Tending Space offers meditations, workshops, and embodied practices that center relationship over productivity and care over performance. We gather online and in person to tend what is already here, listening, resting, and practicing healing within social and cultural context.
